I had a request for that when FileZilla3 was initially released, but the command line interface was scrapped in the v3 release [1], so you couldn't launch sessions that way. Don't ask me why.

Last time I checked [2] they still hadn't implemented it, but that is some time ago now, but checking up on that again seems to imply it's still the case.

As soon as they reimplement the command line options, it can be done.
